Reopening Soon
The Flying W Ranch was destroyed last summer by the Waldo Canyon Fire. After an incredible year of community support and rebuilding efforts, the ranch will reopen this summer with shows on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
It's the goal of the Flying W to resume great western family fun this summer starting in mid-to-late June. A temporary facility will hold 800 people. The ranch plans to use this opportunity to bring in more historic buildings from around the western part of the country. Aaron Winter, Executive Director, said they have always wanted to focus more on Old West education, so they intend to rebuild with this focus in mind.
