You’ve been banking some seriously good memories, and today will be no different. It’s time to head up Pikes Peak. You should be a bit more accustomed to the altitude, but are you ready for the fun we have in store for you today?
Breakfast of Champions
You’re going to need a good stick-to-your-ribs kind of fuel for today’s adventure. Check out Mother Muff’s in Old Colorado City, for a breakfast that’ll make your mama smile.
Challenge Unlimited - Pikes Peak by Bike
Wind in your hair level: EPIC
You can drive it. You can hike it. You can even take a train to the summit of Pikes Peak, but what really counts, is how you come down. Ride up with your guides in the van, or opt for Cog Railway ride up. Challenge Unlimited has all the gear, guides and grub you’ll need to get you down the mountain in comfort. They bring the snacks and water and extra layers of clothes for cooler mountain temps. They’ve got all the safety gear, too, you just bring your sense of adventure.

As part of your 20-mile bike ride, Challenge Unlimited includes lunch at Wines of Colorado, at the base of the Pikes Peak Highway. Enjoy a glass of Colorado wine – you earned it!
Historic Manitou Springs
Time for some R&R
You’ve been going non-stop for three days. It’s time to take a beat, enjoy some down time and soak up that Colorado vibe. Manitou Springs is the perfect place, right at the base of Pikes Peak, with lots of cute shops and great restaurants. Breath deep and take in a game of skeeball at the historic Penny Arcade.
Local’s Tip: Be sure to check out the mineral springs. For drinking not soaking. The locals swear by their restorative powers.

Mild Colorado Evenings
While you’re in Manitou Springs, check out some of the local restaurants and night life spots. From places to belly up and grab a great burger to romantic fondue and sommelier curated wine lists, you’re sure to find what you’re looking for.
