Headphone Yoga
Presented by Green Box at Green Box Farm Stand Green Mountain Falls, CO
DJ Taz Rashid and Adam Brous invite you into an immersive experience that blends yoga, live music, and conscious movement into a vibrant celebration of creativity and connection. The journey begins with a slow-flow somatic vinyasa practice guided by Adam Brous, E-RYT 500 and founder of Hineni Yoga School. Adam’s teaching emphasizes fluidity, presence, and the innate intelligence of the body. Enhancing the experience is the live music of DJ Taz Rashid, whose performances are celebrated around the world for blending electronic music, live instrumentation, and sacred sound into uplifting, high-vibrational journeys. Throughout the class, Taz performs live, weaving together electronic beats, melodic textures, and instruments such as guitar, flute, percussion, and atmospheric soundscapes. Participants will experience the entire practice through SoundOff wireless headphones, creating a deeply immersive sonic environment. Through the headphones, Taz’s live music and Adam’s voice become clear, intimate, and enveloping—allowing participants to fully drop into the rhythm of breath and movement while remaining surrounded by the quiet beauty of the mountain landscape.
