Whispers of the Herd - 5-Day Women's Retreat
Presented by Mustang Wisdom at The Copper Lodge Florissant, CO
Whispers of the Herd is designed for depth, reflection, and embodied presence. Held in the mountains near Pikes Peak, the retreat brings together small-group work with rescued mustangs, mindfulness-based experiential practices, and time on the land. Afternoons offer space for integration through movement, sensory immersion, and creative reflection. Experiences may include guided meditation, gentle mat Pilates, a mustang-guided sensory immersion hike, mandala work, artisan studios, and time for rest or journaling. Evenings are intentionally quiet, with optional circles for reflection and integration. Participants stay in private or shared cabins at Copper Lodge, surrounded by mountain land and trails. Meals are catered from local restaurants, and retreat programming includes all equine sessions, movement practices, and creative studio materials. No horse experience is required.
