Little Ranger Walk

Bring your “nature eyes” and explore Garden of the Gods! Join Park Guide and Junior Ranger co-author Jennifer for this family and stroller friendly walk. Families will leisurely walk into the Park from the Visitor and Nature Center, playing ‘I spy’ or Nature Bingo. Sticker packet included! Sunscreen, sturdy shoes and water recommended. If there is inclement weather, the program will move indoors. You-Pick Fridays

Our Friday You-Pick Flowers at our farm in Colorado Springs was created around one simple idea: spending a sunny summer morning exactly how we’d want to—surrounded by flowers and good company. Picture this: sipping coffee, strolling the fields, and cutting a beautiful bouquet to take home. It’s slow, joyful, and just about perfect. Farm Hours: The farm is open from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm. With your ticket, you’re welcome to arrive anytime during those hours. General Admission — $5 Each guest entering the farm for you-pick will pay a flat $5 admission fee. Flowers are purchased separately and purchased at the farm. Your admission includes access to: The you-pick flower field Our on-site gift shop Picnic tables and seating Concessions Wander the garden and fill your cup with 20 flower stems. The biodegradable cup is yours to keep, making it easy to transport your flowers home or share them with a friend. We provide the cup, water, and snips for cutting. Palmer Lake Historical Society is Honored to Present: "History Day" - Lucretia Vaile Museum will be Open This event is part of the America 250 / Colorado 150 celebration in 2026. Commemorating Colorado’s shared history, honoring our unique people, cultures and communities. The Lucretia Vaile Museum FREE and Open to the Public. (RAIN or SHINE). All ages welcome. Giftshop with local artisan gifts, local historical publications. FREE 2026 Tri-Lakes Historical Calendars available while quantities last. Docent led tours on the hour at the museum. Gift shop will be open. Great for all ages. Videos will be shown in the Palmer Lake Town hall on the hour, stay for light refreshments. Walking Tour of Palmer Lake will be held at 11:00 a.m. (about one mile tour). Wear good walking shoes, will be in neighborhood and flat paved surface.
