Wednesday Morning Guided Walks in the Garden of the Gods
Presented by City of Colorado Springs Parks, Recreation & Cultural Services at Garden of the Gods Visitor and Nature Center Colorado Springs, CO
Experience the Park’s natural beauty and unique features by joining this expanded guided nature walk. Participants will enjoy an introduction along Gateway Trail to the Central Garden’s most remarkable sights. The walk will cover about one mile over smooth, paved trails and will typically last around 90 minutes. Upon arrival at the Central Garden, participants may continue with the guide for further exploration, or continue to explore independently. Those who prefer can also return to the Visitor Center with the guide. Weather dependent. Additional parking is available across the street in Parking Lot #1. Please give yourself time to park and walk to the Visitor and Nature Center. Ruby begins in the chorus, and by the end of the day, in true Hollywood fashion, Dick saves her doomed Broadway show with a smash tune and Ruby becomes a star on the deck of a battleship, which just happens to be passing by.
