45th U.S. Senior Open Championship

Experience the 45th U.S. Senior Open Championship at The Broadmoor June 25-29. Nestled on the southern edge of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado Springs, you don’t want to miss the excitement of this family-friendly event. This will be the ninth major championship hosted at the famous Colorado resort featuring the best senior players in the world and legends of the game. Ticket prices start below $30 and kids 17 and under are admitted free.

Colorado Springs Garden Tour

Presented by Friends of Extension, El Paso County Inc. at Old Farm and Briargate Neigborhoods, Colorado Springs

Since the tour’s inception in 2011, this popular event has been in various Colorado Springs locations, including Village Seven, the West Side, the Old North End, Patty Jewett, the Broadmoor, Divine Redeemer and Shooks Run area, and north central Colorado Springs.

The 2025 tour takes participants to the Old Farm and Briargate neighborhoods.

Tour attendees observe gardening practices including homesteading, floral artistry, native plantings, erosion control, and permaculture...
