Pikes Peak Summit Visitors Center Tour

Get a special behind-the-scenes tour of the Pikes Peak Summit Visitor Center! Learn about the ways this building situated at the top of 14,115 mountain was built to last and be sustainable.

The event will be held at the Pikes Peak Summit Complex Visitor Center. Be sure to allow approximately 60 minutes to drive the 19 miles from the toll gate to the summit so that you arrive in time for the tour. Parking is available at the summit.

All ages are welcome, but this is best for ages 7 years and up – mostly because the subject matter, but also the utility level is NOT stroller friendly.

Note: The tour is FREE, but as always there is a $18 fee for each adult and $8 for each child 6-16 to enter the Pikes Peak Highway. For groups, a carload discount rate of $65 us available for up to five passengers, with an additional $13 for each extra adult and $5 for each additional child. The entrance is at 5089 Pikes Peak Highway, Cascade, CO 80809 (map). Entrance fees will be collected at the toll gate.
