Deposit: $250.00
Space Rental: 3 hrs
Flat Room Rate for $600.00
Any hour after the 3 hrs is $100.00 per hour

We will not have any private events during Memorial Weekend, 4th of July, Labor Day Weekend,
Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day
